How do I keep Miss O?

Miss O coconut water should be stored at room temperature before opening. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.

Why does the color of coconut water change?

Some of the enzymes present in coconut water have a natural reaction to light, resulting in a coloring of the drink that can range from cloudy coconut water to pink, depending on the variety.
This reaction does not affect the taste, flavor or nutritional benefits of coconut water.
